  • Is there Support & Training?
    Yes! Your Broker/Manager is always available via text, email or cell. We have LIVE admins available to assist you at any time. There is training for all of the apps, a weekly Mastermind Zoom, and chat for in the moment questions. The admins are available to assist you with set up of all of the systems and to provide you with whatever support you will need. We take your support needs seriously! Real Estate is a complicated business and we want to ensure that you have answers when you need them!
  • How do the fees work?
    When you join Summerland Real Estate you will pay $149 per month. You will be onboarded and our admins will ensure you are set up for success with all the apps and tools you need. When you close a transaction you will be charged $499 for administration services through escrow. Your transactions will be managed by Ontrack Contract or a broker approved TC. Transaction coordination services are at your own cost. That's it! No other fees or hidden costs! Your E & O is covered by Summerland Real Estate as are your first set of 7 signs and 500 business cards per year. You also get a kvCore website and platform for all of your marketing and business needs.
  • Is there a Commission Split?
    No, you receive 100% of your commission. At closing you will only pay the following: • Your transaction coordinator fee of $425 to our in-house TC • Your brokerage admin fee. Your first year you will pay $199 to Summerland RE; once your introductory offer ends, you pay $499 to Summerland RE.
