Darlene has been a Realtor and Broker for nearly 20 years. Summerland Real Estate is her brainchild.  Her goal is to provide Realtors and Teams with all the tools they need to achieve success at a price that is reasonable.

Drawing on her first-hand experience, she knows that Realtors need to constantly feed their pipeline with their sphere and referrals, as well as warm leads. Additionally, she knows that while running a successful business, marketing and prospecting often takes a back seat to the immediate needs of transactions.  Most importantly, the business of real estate is expensive!

 

With everything you have going into marketing and promotion, the last thing you need is the drain of office and franchise fees and commission splits.  She wanted to create a business plan that would allow agents to focus on growing and nurturing their business without draining their bank accounts, schedules and emotional reserves.  D believes that she has created the ultimate plan to support agents and help them get the return on investment they have earned.
